Scope of this policy
This page applies to:
- visits to any page on aviatorrealmoneygame.com
- e-mails you send to [email protected]
It does not apply to third-party services, including the Spribe demo frame; those services have their own privacy policies, which are worth reading before you use them. Because the site has no accounts, comments or newsletter, the information covered here is limited. The current version is dated Oct 14, 2026.
Data involved in a visit
The information falls into two groups. On our side, there are the host's server logs and any e-mails you have sent us. On your side, inside your own browser, there is one localStorage value named "age18_ok" that records your age confirmation.
The cookie policy explains that browser item in more detail.
What is not collected
We do not ask for your name, phone number, date of birth, ID or payment details, because there is nothing on the site that needs them. There is no registration and no login.
At the time of writing, the site itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not build visitor profiles.
Third-party content
Pressing the start button loads Spribe's official demo inside a frame on the page. From that point, your browser is talking to Spribe's server as well as ours. Spribe may store cookies or other data in your browser for the game to work. That is governed by Spribe's own policies. If you prefer not to share anything with Spribe, simply do not start the demo.
How long data is kept
We keep information no longer than we need it:
- server logs: for a limited period, for security and troubleshooting
- e-mails: while your query is open and for a reasonable time afterwards
- the "age18_ok" item: in your browser until you clear it
Nothing is kept for advertising or profiling, because the site does neither. If you want something deleted sooner, ask.
Your choices
You are in control of the little data involved:
- clear site data in your browser settings to remove the age confirmation
- leave the demo unstarted if you do not want Spribe's frame to load
- e-mail [email protected] to have your messages deleted
