How to reach us
Send your message to [email protected]. That address is the only contact channel for this site. We do not run social media accounts for readers' questions, and we never contact anyone first by phone or messaging app. If someone claims to be calling from Aviator by the Numbers, it is not us. Treat any such call or message with suspicion.
What to write about
Most useful are notes about accuracy. If the guide says one thing and the game shows another, tell us. We also want to hear if the page does not display properly, if the demo button does nothing, or if you have a question about how we handle the e-mails you send.
Please do not include
We will never ask you for login details, verification codes, payment information or copies of ID. If you receive a message that does, and it claims to come from us, it is not genuine. When you write to us, share only what is needed to explain your question. If you are unsure whether something is needed, leave it out.
Limits of what we can do
We are not Spribe and not a casino, so we cannot help with anything to do with an operator account. That includes withdrawals, deposits, bonuses, blocked accounts and disputes over bets. We have no access to any operator's systems and no influence over their decisions. Questions about the game itself, or about our page, are where we can actually be useful.
What happens next
Once your e-mail arrives, someone reads it and decides what to do:
- errors are checked against the demo and Spribe's pages, then fixed
- questions are answered where we can
- deletion requests are carried out
We do not promise a response time, but no message is ignored. Notes that only say thanks may not get a reply, but they are read too.
